Lake Tysslingen

The shallow lake Tysslingen is located on the foothills of the Kilsbergen in South of,

approx 10 km west of the of Örebro.

This is probably the most important stop-over site in Europe for Whooper Swans (Cygnus cygnus)

during spring-migration.

A lot of bird-watching people gathers here to spot the whooper swans, with 30-40 000 a year, which

makes a stop in the lake in late March and April every year.
